Hello,

try to duplicate a view with putting in a color scheme the field "name" and in the other vie the filed "numer".

When set the second view change the color scheme of the first, getting the same color scheme.

How can I do?

Change somthing if I click on "duplicate", "duplicate with detailing" or "duplicate as dipendent"?

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-mep-forum/difference-between-duplicate-with-detailing-duplicate...

Than'k

Duplicate just duplicates the model, with detailing it duplicates the same view with annotations text etc., as dependant is the same view dependant on the main view ie. for splitting floorplans.

You probably want to copy your tags etc, so you'd need duplicate with detailling and then just apply a different color scheme to that view.

@martijn_pater  if duplicate the view with detailing and than change the color scheme parameter change also the color scheme parameter of the first. Tourn out ugual.

ehmm, how are you changing the scheme? Perhaps in the view template? if the same template is applied to both views this would happen... then you could set one of the templates to none for instance... (or exclude the schemes from the template by unchecking it)

  1. Use duplicate with detailing
  2. Create 1 color scheme for number
  3. Create 2nd color scheme for name
  4. apply each scheme to a view

Sounds like the behavior of a dependent View. You sure you clicked Duplicate with Detailing and not Duplicate as Dependent?

You are doing everything else correctly.

@Anonymous: nothing wrong with your file. If fact, 3 - Piano Terzo - colori nome and 3 - Piano Terzo - colori number  are set up perfectly.

You should choose a different color scheme which is colored by name.

In your file, you already have two different color schemes. Use one per each view.

check below video.

Sometimes one pic or video is more than 100000 words. :))

Thank's!
