Download of 2018.3 error after update

I just downloaded the 2018.3 update and when I opened REVIT, the following error appeared:

Revit can not run external application 'P&ID Modeler.' Contact the provider for assistance.

Can you please advise how this can be rectified. I'm utilising Windows 10.

Thanks for your feedback but unfortunately EN- Australia isn't an option.
