As the title says, only doors in the main model are displayed on the door schedule.
The visibility graphics of the schedule are set to display the desired design options but doors in these options are not displayed on the schedule.
The phase and phase filter of the schedule appear to be correct.
There are no filters currently set on the schedule.
Is anyone aware of what else could be causing this?
I am using Revit 2023, is this a known issue with this version of Revit?

yes, i have tried this, both with selecting the design option directly and by having the design option as primary and the visibility graphics to automatic
I don't know what's going on at your end. I have no like issues on my end. Maybe seeing your file would help us to help you. Post your file here and let us take a look at it.
Wait a minute! Are you trying to Schedule EVERY Door in EVERY Design Option in one Schedule?
so I have installed the 2023 hotfixes with no change
I am attempting to show the primary options in multiple option sets
as you can see in the attached image, the only doors on the schedule are in the main model, and the door displayed on the plan are not on the schedule
Post your file. I don't know how else to troubleshoot something that I can't replicate independently. I don't even know where to start guessing.
the file is much to large to attach, I have included a google drive link bellow.

setting phase filter to none picks up a few, but not all.
have you ever seen anything like this before? I have been using Revit for 10 years and have never run into this issue.
just check again, yes more doors show up with no phase filter, but still non of the doors in design options show
I figured out where I was getting confused
the door tag I used was referencing the comments parameter and not "mark"
so i was not recognizing them in the schedule.
kind of silly, sorry for the confusion.

I have no idea what that has to do with it. You aren't Sorting/Grouping the Schedule.
I was looking in the "mark" column of the schedule for the names of the doors I had set by entering them into the door tags in plan. the shared parameter that the door tag was using was "comments" and not "mark".
