Doors and windows schedule with legends

I need a schedule, as shown below. 

1. Door view from door legend

2. Door type and count

3. To Room information

I did this using two tables one with Type and Count and another with Type and To Room.

Than I split the tables and arranged them below each view.

But i don't like this approach because, if i add other types i might have to rearrange the tables.

Is there another way to arrange all this information based on type?

You can Sort by type

What I need is a separate schedule for each door type, I want to avoid dividing the table on the sheet. 

And in this separate schedule i need the type name, count and rooms.

The table described above is already sorted by type, but it contains all the types in the project, so i have to split it to get it underneath each door drawing.

But i run into a problem when i introduce a new type or new doors, because i have to change how the table is divided on the sheet.

If this is the case then I agree with @Anonymous:

- a Schedule for each Type

- Filter by: Type

- Hide Type column so no repetition of the same information 

- Sort #1: Room Number

- Add Count parameter to the schedule, set it to Calculate Total (so if you have more than one identical doors in the same Room, the schedule combine them into one Row, with the quanlity next to it)

- Uncheck "Itemized every Instance"

- Check "Grand Total": Title and Total.

You don't need the separate Count schedule anymore.

A little offtopic but i read about wrong door families some time ago.

Your illustration of the door is wrong. Either your door handel or the the opening lines are on the wrong side.

I've seen it before, either from Australia or some European country.  I prefer our way since the hardware is not in the way of the swing lines.  It is the same in South East Asia.

@Anonymous, @ToanDN, I thought about filtering by Type but Type doesn't seem to be accepted as a filter. 

I can use Cost, Width, Height, Finish, etc, but Type or Family don't show up in "Filter by:" dropdown even though they are added in the fields of the schedule. 

Still, I can use the Type Mark parameter as a filter as shown in the image below. 

The only inconvenient is that i have to write the title by hand.

This is true and you are on the right track by using Type Mark, which is a Type based parameter, or any other one such as Type Comment, Description.

Doesn't your door elevation Legend have the Title as the name of the Door type?  If so, you place the schedule right below it then you don't need to repeat the Door Type in the Title of the schedule.

Still what would solve this problem in an elegant way would be the ability to tag/annotate Legend Components, as described here:
