Does anyone know where Tool.CreateEmptySheet exists in the dynamo library

What? You didn't like my answer? Before you can use the node, you have to install the Steamnodes package.  That's the information I provided.   That's the information you need.

What does that mean?  That was clearly evident from your first post.  You didn't have the node installed.  In order to install the node, you need to find which package contains it and then load that Package into Dynamo so use can use the node. I thought you were wanting to know what Package, not a confirmation that you don't have installed -- or what it would look like if it was installed, as @ToanDN showed you.  

The correct answer and accepted solution should have been post #2.
