displace elements in Revit 2019

hello.the toolbar of editing displace elements don't show up in Revit 2019? any help. thanks

Displace Elements is a tool in the Project Environment that is available if the element selected is capable of being "displaced".  Sounds like your family is not.  Is the family composed of nested, shared components?  If you want, you can post your family here for us to inspect.

hello. that is what i meant, this toolbar that include: add, remove... don't show up when i press edit. by side of that the element change to green and i cannot add or remove any element to it.
