displace elements in Revit 2019

hello.  this toolbar that include: add, remove... don't show up when i press edit. by side of that the element change to green and i cannot add or remove any element to it. any help, thanks in advance.

I suspect that the element you are trying to add is in another Displacement Set.  Reset it first, and then add it to another Displacement Set.

Just to clarify, are you saying that when you click on "Edit" on the Displacement Set Contextual Tab, no "Edit Displacement Set" toolbar appears.  Nothing happens.  

...if the toolbar is undocked, it could just be "misplaced" (e.g. somewhere else on the screen).

Got me.  Have you tried another view?  

...maybe disabled. Check under User Interface Tab of the Options.

Yes, I tried another. that the first time that happened and I checked the interface nothing.

That's what has me confounded. That means Edit Displacement Set is active.  Should see the Toolbar.
