Disappearing objects

Hi all. I searched the forum but don't see anything related to this. We have had a minor epidemic of objects disappearing from the model. I don't mean they disappear from a view--there are lots of posts about that. I mean they are literally gone for no reason and have to be re-created. We have had this happen numerous times with floors, on a couple of projects, and it just happened again with a bank of mailboxes. This is in Revit 2023 and cloud/Autodesk Docs hosted models. I'm inclined to blame user error, but we are a 3 person office and all of us are pretty capable Revit users, not inclined to just delete stuff willy nilly. Has anyone else experienced this and did you find a solution? TIA.

I have found issue several times, and in every instance we were able to track it down to a user.  If you are in ACC then I would suggest publishing often. This way you can use the compare to see what things are being deleted and then use that to help track down why.

In a few of the cases we found content that was able to be selected when not even near the family, (rogue reference line, symbolic line etc.).

That is a good tip. I've seen that too. I'll alert the team.
