Dimensions across gaps

Hey guys and girls. I need your help. The screenshot below can tell you about the issue itself. 

And I need to get something like this on my list with dimension remains:

Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

If you use a single view and split it:

Then the dimension stays in place:

But I guess you know that already. I don't think there's an easy way for two adjacent views?

However, I have just tried your aproach and found out that I can't move one frame to another. They move together. Maybe I have missed something?
