dimensioning to a center mark of an arc

I am curious as to how people are dimensioning to a center mark of an arc i.e. I have an arced wall and I have a radial dimension for that wall shown. I would like to show a dimension string that references that center mark of the radial dimension to another known location. it doesnt seem as though you can dimension to that dimension center point, correct me if I am wrong.

You can't dimension to the radial dimension's tick mark, but you CAN dimension to the WALL's Center Mark--it must be checked under the Wall Properties.
