Dimensioning at an angle question.

I am trying do make a dimension at an angle like this:

But mine is not at an angle:

What am I doing wrong?

Use Dimension Aligned > use TAB to cycle through over the corners till the Vertex is selected , then go to the other corner and proceed the same way...

This did not work for me.

However after I drew one single wall it worked fine.

When pressing the tab key, I never get the little blue square, like the one shown in your video.

How did you do it?

@Anonymous with higher resolution monitors the dot is very, very small... I move the cursor away from the corner a bit, and you can barely see the dot.

Works better if ThinLines is turned off, but can get lost in the wall cut if you don't zoom in enough.
