Dimension to stud of the wall

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I am looking for a solution to be able to dimension my project to the stud of the wall (not to the finish face). As I can see in Revit, there is only an option to dimension to center or face of wall.

Is it possible to dimension to stud, ignoring the finish?

Accepted solution

sure it's possible, you need to hit the TAB key few times to select desired wall face or centre (as with any other elements - "tabbing" to reference lines/planes)
