That is the only option in Revit when you place a Dimension is snaps at that distance and if you need to edit existing dimensions you can click on the Line and Drag until it snaps, so this will do the same thing in theory but more of a manual process.
The only other alternative is an add-in from the Autodesk App Store which can be free or on a paid subscription
