Dimension Property won't be inherited after an export

Hello, Revit mates.

Currently, I am working on a project in Revit and I need to export sheets to a dwg file. However, I have encountered a problem with the dimension properties in the dimension type that I use when I opened it in AutoCAD. The text size of the dimensions, etc. does not match the original settings in Revit after the export.

One possible reason for this could be the difference in units and scales between Revit and dwg. I have tried to adjust them, but I still get the same result or the properties itself because some of the editable properties are modified by hand (I filled numbers on my own).

Moreover and most importantly, I don't want to make a change of "annotative" in AutoCAD from No into Yes if I could.

Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

I would appreciate any help or advice from the Revit Architecture Forum members. Thank you.

Text in Revit are annotative (paper scale).  Text exported from Revit to AutoCAD are not annotative (model scale).  There is nothing to fix.
