Dimension menu options not working

Hi All,

I am learning Revit online.  In the dimension menu (Annotate/ Aligned) it is suppose to be able to switch from 'Center of core' to 'Wall Face' on the pull down menu.  Similar with 'Individual Reference' switch to 'Entire Wall'.  Both of these dimension commands and pull down menus are not working.  Also the 'Options' button is grayed out, so that it is also not working.

How do I fix?

The button "options" will be active if you select "entire walls". 

You said "pull down menus are not working", what you mean? Is it also grayed?

Hello

Remember this: When you set the annotation in Alligned, Option will grayed up if it is set to "Individual references". Allway.

To be able to use "Option", you need to actived "Entire wall".

The 'center of core' pull down does not show any other options when selected.  The 'individual reference' pull down does not show any other options when selected.  In the online lesson these are simple pull down menus; select it then options are shown below.  They appear medium gray so they look like active menus.  reference attached photo.

Correct,  "Options" is not active because I can not switch to "entire wall", it is stuck on "individual references".
