Differing Floor Heights on one Floor Plan

So I'm working on a overall site model for combining multiple multi-story building models. The floors for each building don't line up in terms of elevation.

For instance, the 4th floor of building 1 has an elevation of  41' while the 4th floor of building 2 has an elevation of 55'.

The question I have is, "Is there a way to manipulate a "Level" so that the line can start at the 4th floor in building 1 and then step up to the 4th floor of building 2?"

The top yellow line is the 4th floor of building 2.

The bottom yellow line is the 4th floor of building 1.

The Red Line is what I'm hoping I can do with the level to show both on one Floor Plan View

You can use a Plan Region to change the view range of an area on your floor plan view.

The subject of the post and the question itself are two different things...

  1. With respect to the level datum shown in the attached image:
    • No that is not possible using the OOTB Level Datum... level datum cannot be displaced like section lines.....you will have to do that in a cosmetic way, using a line based detail component or something of the like
  2. With respect to 2 Levels on 1 floor plan.
    • Either: You can use Plan region as mentioned above
    • OR: You can (If using Links) set the RVTLink display to By Link and allocate the level you want to display from the linked model

No. But for what purpose? Aren't those are different Project building levels?  Are you linking a bunch of buildings into a Site Plan?  If so - and they are positioned correctly relative to the Site - then those levels are represented correctly.   If the Links are not positioned correctly relative to the Site, then raise or lower them.   Levels will follow. Turn them off if you don't want them shown in the Site Plan.
