Different looks on callouts depending on left/right location

Hi fellas!

Does anyone have a smart way to fix that callouts have different looks depening on left/right location?
I've attached the family.

As far as I understand, you can make different callout type families then load them in and use them (duplicate the annotation and reference to the callout type)

Dzan Ta, AEE, ASM, ACI.

Sure, but should I really need to create a callout for text on the left side and one for text on the right side?
I'm starting to get a bit annoyed by all quick fixes that one has to know and use just to get by :/.

Put a Mask around the text in the family. Draw the Mask with Invisible line type.

...or are you wondering how to change its justification? This method will only prevent leader line from traveling through annotation.

This.

And if you want a line separating the labels, draw it in the family between the labels and inside the mask.
