Detail within wall not showing in section view

I'm trying to get the wall details to display in the section drawing I'm working on. For some reason it just won't work even though I'm on fine detail. It shows up when I go to a floor plan though.

The OP's issue is that his section doesn't cut the wall.

If your section does cut the wall then share your model here.

I know you are trying to help, and you guys always say that but there is no way we can "share the model". It's pretty large at over 250MB, but more importantly, our client would never allow it. Surprisingly though, I copied the entire wall assembly into a new project and the problem persists. Here you go. Thanks for any ideas.

There are 3 option coarse, medium, fine that will turn the detail of the wall on and you can adjust view in visibility graphic (VG) also.

I had a similar issue when I had an existing roof with an opening in it, then I had a new roof running into that opening. When I cut a section into both roofs, the new roof wasn't showing any details but the existing roof was. I edited my sketch of the new roof so that it didn't run into the existing roof's opening, viewed the section again and it was showing all the details.
