Desktop Connector Application Error - unknown software exception

Ive been encountering this type of error. Does anyone had this error before? how were you able to resolve this?

I would contact your IT admin and have them run a scan and/or restore system files. Sounds like you either have a system file corrupted or missing, or some startup items are preventing it from running. When did it start happening? on a new install, update?
