Designing the table description in Revit default sheet.

Hi, I have problem when try designing the table above. I want to add some words into the empty box but I can't do it. when i double click to the box, I trying to figure out how to add some words but all failed. Can someone help me please? Thanks you

I would use a Note Block ( from Schedule) for this...

  • make first a Generic Annotation Family.
  • Here you create a Label
  • Create 3 Text Instance Parameters: No, Description and Date
  • from these 3 Parameter, only No will be load as Label Parameter
  • Load Family into the Project
  • Place this Generic Annotation Family as instances somewhere in the drawing as many number needed and allocate numbers ( 1, 2,...n as many needed in your table), then type values in Description and Date

That table is actually a "revision schedule" and designed to work specifically with the revisioning tools in Revit.
