Dell Precision (or other) recommendation

Hi Everyone,

I provide IT services to a small interior design firm that currently uses Revit, they may use Autocad in future as well but for now only Revit.

I find the hardware system requirements and graphics hardware page quite daunting.

I would just like to know is there a "here's what you need so you don't have to wait ages while rendering" recommendation?

I assume I need an i7 or Xeon, but what speed?  Is 16GB ram enough or should I go to 32GB?

For the graphics card?  Is there one that is good for current needs but that will last a few years?

Assume we will be using 2018.
