Delete levels

I want to eliminate these levels. I do not understand how they appeared in this model.
Is it possible to remove them?
I notice that they are in Revit models.
If you select them then the whole project is selected (RVT Models)

In main model I can't select them.
What would be a solution?

You don't understand how they got there? Did someone Link and Copy/Monitor the Levels in the Link?  

Hard to tell from the screenshot,  but are you sure they are resident in your Project? Hide the Links and see.  

If they aren't resident, hide the Levels through VGOs for the Link.

They are Levels from a Link. 

- If you need some or all of them in your model, use Copy Monitor to bring them in.  Then turn off the link's Levels.

- If you don't need them al all, just turn off the link's Levels.
