Hi everyone!

I am having a problem to print PDF from drawings in Revit 2018 and 2019. I have updated Driver for Adobe and repaired pdf converters. I have created new local printer for Adobe PDF. it seems the pdf printer works fine but I can't get it work in Revit, so this window comes up empty. Please let me know if anyone has a solution, I would appreciate.

It asks for the location to save the pdf files but nothing is saved. Basically nothing happened.

I would suggest trying another PDF printer - I use Cute PDF - never had any trouble and its free - but be careful of extra stuff that comes with free downloads.

Have you tried Repairing Revit Installation? Are you on the latest and greatest build (Hot Fixes, Updates, etc.)?

If it is related to Revit, maybe an add-in is responsible.  Here's another troubleshooting step:

Good luck
