Cylinder with void extrusion

Hello,

I'm trying to create a cylinder family with a void extrusion. I created an extrusion and linked a parameter to it. after that, I made a void extrusion with a parameter so the void's diameter is 1/8" less than the cylinder's diameter. However, when I link the void diameter to the parameter I get a waring that the constraints are not satisfied. I can't figure it out what is wrong.

Instead of doing a cylinder with a void inside, do a tube. In the same sketch, do an outer circle and an inner circle. Simple.

I have the same issue by doing a tube. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.
