I can put one sub-slab drain and cut the geometry having the gravel cut pattern showing correctly in section view. When I have multiple drains, if cutting for the 2nd pipe, the gravel/stone pattern is disappeared. Anyway, may fix?

Why don't you use a System Family Floor instead of modeling in-place? That's what I'm showing here:
