Hope you are well. Is it the same window family type as the others in your project which is functioning as expected? If it is the same window family type, what happens when you copy the instance to the desired location?
If the family type isn't exactly the same as the other windows or if there is a nested family in your window type, then it is important to set the family to Shared under Family Category and Parameters > Family Parameters > Shared if you need the cut plane to display as expected.
