Cut Geometry keeps the wrong side

When I go to cut geometry, It keeps the wrong side.  I'm working with model-in-place pipes and when I go to Cut Geometry, it keeps the wrong side.

Have you tried changing the Cut Order or Switching the Join Order?

I see you are having some issues with the Cut Geometry tool. Could you include a sample file with the in-place model pipes you are trying to cut?

It would be helpful to know what version of Revit you are working in as well as the family category you chose when modelling the pipes.
