Cut family doesn't shown correctly in project.

I modeled a window family and its plan view is shown correctly in family editor (Figure 1).

However, once I load it into my project, some mullions (circled with red) are not shown.

I cut the plan where the red line indicate and it surely cut through the mullions which not shown in plan view.

I appreciate any solutions and explanations about this issue.

Too bad it appear the same.

 The alternative way is to draw Symbolic line in plan view and hide the cut geometry but it's not efficient.

I can't look at the family now but here is my assessment, let me know if it is right.

You built the entire frame as one piece and you set it to not show on plan because you didn't want to see the header. I suggest you model the jambs, sill and header as separate pieces so that you can set the jambs and sill to show on plan, but not the header.

By the way, using detail components for plan presentation of window and door frame is a normal practice. OOTB families are built that way.
