Customize Revit template for arch designers

hi guys, I am an architect using Revit architecture in my company in the architecture design department, I see some repeated processes that we repeat with every project which takes time, I think about sth that makes it more efficient and save more time, and I am sharing the issue with you if you have any ideas or easy ways to help me, I would appreciate your help.

I want to make a template for arch designers that include a color scheme for every project and some visibility graphics settings which help them to present the project as well, I think we have to make a template for each category of projects like residential, commercial, cultural...etc template that we can easily use it for the specific project, I don't know what the best way to do that, could you share with me your thoughts, please!

Have you completed any Projects in Revit yet? If so, create a Project Template from one of your completed Projects by saving it as a Template (after removing the content you don't want to carry-over, such as the Model).

Keep it simple to start. Try to accomplish what you want with a single template. Maintaining multiple templates gets old really fast, especially if you are just starting out. Simple mistakes and or adjustments need to be addressed multiple times. If it's view template settings, you could have multiple view templates in each project template that need to be adjusted which adds up to a lot of wasted time.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.
