Rotation problem

Hey fellow Revit users,

I've recently started having the problem that I can't rotate certain families (in both Revit 2022 and 2023).
I can't seem to find any sort of pattern of when the issue occurs though.
Does anyone have an idea what might cause this problem and how I could solve it.

Could be any number of explanations.  Hard to troubleshoot without knowing specifics.  

One explanation might be that there is a constraint activated on the Options Bar that is preventing rotation.  When you start a Rotation, look on the Options Bar and you'll see what I'm referring to.

Thanks for your input, it seems unchecking 'disjoin' does the trick, seems a little counterintuïtive though...
