custom parameters

Dear all,

I read this two posts post 1 post 2 about my issue, but they are a bit different than my need:

I would like to create an adsklib material library with few custom parameters (find attached picture). The issue is if I open a new project in a different laptop and I import that adsklib I do not see the custom parameters. Capture.JPG

You cannot write PROJECT PARAMETER (e.g. "Custom Parameters") to the Material/adsklib.  Project Parameters AND PROJECT MATERIALS "live" only in the PROJECT.  They can be transferred to other open Projects via TRANSFER PROJECT STANDARDS.

@Ahmed_M_Heteba  the adsklib file you have to import only one time, then it stays "forever", instead the shared parameters I need to import it every time for every different project, am I right?

@barthbradley if I use transfer Project standards, I need to do this step every time for every different project, am I right?

Yes. And/or transfer and save them in an RTE which you can use for all New Projects.
