Can I make a Pattern like the  attached image in Revit?

Use Hatchkit. If you don't have it, be very nice to someone who does......

Creating it is easy with Hatchkit. -- but not without knowing the dimensions and spacing. What is the pattern for?

If you have this hatch in cad you can add it to revit as follows:

In AutoCAD Isolate a portion of the hatch and export it as a DWG (using WBLOCK) 
-In Revit, import this DWG (not link) and explode it. 
-The hatch pattern will become available as a Revit Pattern, which can be renamed and/or edited

Yes you can, but tiny arcs such as used for frits can run into problems with Revit's minimum stroke length.

 

What are your pattern dimensions?
