Custom elevation tag

Trying to do another custom elevation tag, and I can get it to appear correctly at 90 degree positions, but if I point it at an angled wall the text and middle line goes wonky.  Any ideas?  Images and family attached.

I did make this one from a Revit tag.  Are you showing section markers in your image?

in the family editor, uncheck the fixed rotation. This will allow the text to rotate with the mark.
