Curtain walls and phasing as existing

Good Morning all,

I came across this morning something I have not seen before. I was setting phases and I set a curtain wall as existing and Revit greyed the families so you could not see through the glass in a 3d view. Has anyone encounter the problem and how did you solve it?

If you need to see it transparent in a view, set Phase Filter to Show Complete.

That's because of the material Override for the Existing Phase.  Either change the view's phase status to Complete (so that everything is shown with their original material), or change the material override to None as the attached picture.  I would recommend changing the view's phase status.
