Curtain Wall Mullion Type Image Parameter Locked

Can anybody explain why Curtain Wall Mullions have the Type Image parameter locked. Or better still does anyone know how to apply a Type Image to a Curtain Wall Mullion?

There are some parameters that are just read only...I'm guessing that one falls into that category.

Yes.  However, it seems like an oversight that Autodesk unlocked the ability to edit this parameter in the project environment for fascias and gutters but didn't do so for curtain wall mullions.  In all other instances, this parameter can only be edited in the family editor environment.

I di dnto have to use this before and checked when i saw your message it is not locked in any curtain wall family in my project. I even opened a new project from default to check and none of them are locked.

Just add another image type parameter to curtain wall mullions category.  It is not such a big deal.
