Hello Revit Community,

I'm trying to create hatch patterns to represent the fire ratings of the walls in my project.  The idea is to use filters within my life safety plan view template to control the graphics of the walls.  I would like them to look like the image I have attached to this post.  The single line in the middle of the white spaces represents a fire rating of 1H.  2 lines would represent 2H etc... I have made several attempts to create something like this.  Including the use of pyRevit to try create such patterns but I'm beginning to think it is not possible.

Incase anything in my model has to move, I don't want to draw lines on top of my walls to represent the fire ratings so it's important that I use filters to achieve this.

Thanks in advance

In lieu of filters, you could select the wall, edit and add the pattern to coarse scale fill pattern and then override the Wall category to Coarse under the View's VGOs.
