Creating a toposolid from CAD import

Hi all, I have imported the CAD File, and select Massing and Site > Toposolid > create from import.

However Revit wont let me select anything.

I have had this issue before and am wondering what the fix is. I am wondering if it is the way I am importing the CAD file/ Or the DWG itself? I can do it properly sometimes and not others....

The REVIT file with the DWG Imported are attached if anyone has any ideas
