Creating a mass with Spline and refernce points

I am having trouble making a certain shape with the spline tool and reference points it would not let me create an element and I made sure none of the shapes where closed but it still would not work please help.

Dissolve. 

Resolve Warnings.

Spline through again.

Make Spline Line a Reference Line.

Select Reference Line and Create Form. 

Now, I have no idea what your design intent is, but I got a pretty result. 

...my guess is that you window selected all the Ref. Points and splined through all of them. The problem with this is that some Ref. Points are stacked on top of each other.

@barthbradleyOh i see i got the result i wanted and i did notice that i had more then one point on some of the reference points but i didn't know how to use the points that are already made by me cuz every time i use spline it would create reference points when ever i select the area i want it to be.
