Creating a Generic Model Sweep Along a Curved Path

I have a curved path that I am using to sweep around with no beginning and no end and a section profile that was placed at the origin. When I attempt to trace the section profile, the reference plane that it wants to draw in is skewed slightly off of the center axis because it is trying to place it perpendicular to the path. I want to shift the reference plane in the image to be on the same axis as the yellow line. Does anyone know if there is a workaround to this?

Welcome to the forum.

It's not possible to rotate the reference plane, but you can rotate the profile. Instead of sketching the profile, create a profile family first. Then, place the profile, and use the Rotation option to rotate the profile to the desired angle.
