Create Schedule list of ALL annotations in project

I'm doing an audit/restructuring our our library/template file and I was wondering if there is a way to list all the annotations in the project?

We're currently managing the list of families through an external Excel file, but I'd like to have the most up to date information about what is actually in the file and make sure it jives with the Excel file. I'd also like to transition all documentation about the Library file IN the library file itself as a live document, meaning I want to schedule every family, including annotation (not just generic annotations)

If you have any idea on how to do this, it would be appreciated! Thanks!

You can create a Legend, and drag your annotations out of the Project Browser and drop them on to the legend.

Thanks @Sahay_R, but that is not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for an actual list with parameters to automatically list our families, audit our naming standards and add parameters.

Try Schedule>>Note Block. That does allow you to schedule families.

They need the "multi category" button that is in materials and regular quantity schedules.

What annotations you are talking about?  If Generic Annotation then use Note Block.  If text notes and dims then you are SOL.  If category Tags then you are approaching it the wrong way because the information are driven by the tagged elements.

I've realised that what I want (scheduling for name checking and QA) is not currently possible. It's become an Idea

@ToanDN I basically want everything that shows up in the family list, in a schedule, idealy with with custom project/shared parameters.
