Create Room for Parking Garage

I am not able to create a room for the parking area - two warnings.

For warning 1, I check the section level, it says computation height 10'-6" which is the story to story height

For warning 2, I wonder if it is because of the ramp? so I add room separator, but it doesn't help.

What else can I do to fix the problem?  Thank you in advance!

Computational height = 10'-6" is most likely wrong.  Computational height is the elevation where you cut the room horizontally to calculate its area, not the height of the room per se.  Change it to 0 and see.

It was originally 0. 

On the ground level, the computation height is 0.  No problem to tag some of the smaller areas or rooms. but just can't tag  the bigger parking area.

Have you tried creating a room separation box and then slowly expanding it until it breaks?  You might have a room-bounding bust somewhere that's hard to see.

Not sure what you mean. But is there a way to create a room by picking/drawing room boundary manually?

The file is too big. Is there a way to make a simpler and smaller version?

Yes, this is my "go-to" method when I have the problem you're describing. Draw a room separation box, insert room immediately so I know it works. Continue to stretch the room boundary lines until it says "Room is no longer enclosed...." warning.  The weird thing is that it shouldn't matter its on a ramp, so if you get the room is no longer enclosed, check the floor level you're adding it on.
