Create Parameter using other parameter value

Hi guys is there anywhere to create a new parameter to display other parameter value.

Example:

Type Name: FH1

Type Mark: SSW01

Diameter: 50mm

I want the new created parameter to show the value as "FH1 SSW01 50mm".

Concatenate? No. But you can do it through Project Schedules.

If you just need to tag them then  add these parameters to a label.  If you want a true parameter then you need to use Dynamo.
