Create List Parameter

Looking for help with creating a list parameter. Here is the situation I am in. We have a titleblock family with multiple Architectural stamps. Some are CAD imports and some are image imports. They are currently setup with Visibility, Yes/No, instance type parameter. I want to be able to control the visibility of the stamps by adding a list so only one will appear at a time and not have two or more accidentally selected. How is the best way to accomplish this? Do I need to delete all stamps and import them back in using different parameter settings? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Sure can do.  See Revit 2017 file attached.

I'm using this at the min but does anyone know of a way to remove family name? eg Stamp in the above example, and just show the type name?

I ask as I'm using a similar method on a door family for door handles. You can change to door knob / push plate / push bar etc. So in the schedule you can show the ironmongery. but i dont want the schedule to get cluttered with the family name as well.
