Create/Customize Leader Arrowhead

There's no way to create or customize a leader arrowhead right? Arrowheads are under graphics, there's no way to get to the graphics parameters or files where the arrowheads live and modify them?

Your clarification post is yesterday. 

Today you posted again and the first thing is "So how would a I add a custom arrowhead to a tag?".  My comment is to respond to that very post, not the one you posted yesterday.

@barthbradley @sorry to revive an old post but i was looking around reading up on creating custom tick marks for arrowheads, which i'm clear on now. NO you can't do that yet.  however i ran across another post of yours where you helped someone with a stair issue and you posted a screen shot (attached) with what looked very much like a custom tick mark to a Stair Direction arrowhead.  I have not been able to achieve and arrowhead like that with the baked in options for system families, so i thought it worth asking you how you did this.  Was it something i'm missing about the system families, or did you use some custom Generic Annotation family instead of the automatic stair arrows??  Any thoughts or advice appreciated.  Cheers!
