Is it possible to create a schedule of text notes in a project?

I typically drop a text note of the type 'Internal Note' where I need to circle back and finish something or a decision still needs to be made on something.  Its basically a reminder note.  When working on a project with multiple users, the notes arent always seen by others, as they generally work on their own working views.

Can Revit create a schedule of text notes?  If so, I could filter out unwanted notes and put the schedule in the Starting View of the project and everyone can get a ongoing list of 'to-do' items.

Use a generic annotation and create note block schedule.

The note block solution works great.  To make it more useful, is there a way to create a shortcut that places a specific family in place?  This may need a new post, but ideally I would like to type 'NO' or some variation of a shortcut that would start the place family command and the default family would be the 'Internal Note' generic annotation family.

I would prefer to have a shortcut instead of hunting through the Browser to drag and drop it.  The ability to shortcut it would push it over the edge in usefulness.

Thanks guys.  As always, you are awesome.
