Create a "view region" on elevation to show substructure

Is it possible to create a "cut out" view region on the elevation to control visibility option for it? I want to show the substructure of the cladding on my building, something similar to the attached picture but couldn't find any tool for that. Thanks for the help!

I think you are going to need two views and overlap then on a sheet.

You can create parts from the wall, split parts where the cut line is, then exclude or hide the parts you want to "peel" off.

Thanks guys, I hope there is something like "plan region" or something for elevation, but this confirmed my thought that I need to do some extra work to make the substructure "appear" behind the panel.

Another approach you can use is to Split and Jog the Elevation's Cut Plane as shown:
