@Anonymous Hi
unfortunately no (or maybe fortunately no)... smallest figure has to be greater than 0.8mm anything less than that you would get the error line too short.
Even if you work around it and import your dwgs, later when you flex the family you will get the error "line to shot" or "cannot create instance"

No it can't.
First: if you want to use a profile family to create a window family, bear in mind that a highly detailled profile makes Revit go nuts. Go with a coarse (outline for example) version of it. And create detail items to further explain it.
A few workarounds (profile / detail item families):
1. Insert a dwg-file, explode it, select all the lines, put them in the correct subcategory of your choice. Yes, smaller lines are 'supported' suddenly.
(detail family only & quick-n-dirty)
2. Insert a dwg-file and that's it.
(I wouldn't suggest it thought because a lot of imported styles are filling your project eventually).
Cheers

I tried that trick on one of my uni projects (found it on Revit Clinic) but it didnt really work successfully. You can try what @Joris.vd.Meulen suggested but personally I wouldn't recommend such fine details (< 0.8mm) and risk a family breaking when flexed as mentioned above. In such case Revit accepts the small dimensions (put Revit in a state of Transe) but once you flex the window and revit tries to change those dimensions it will realize that "Lines are to Short" thats when it goes nuts.
