Create a floor within a Metric Specialty Equipment family

Hi fellow reviters,

I'm trying to create a pipe collar that will void a penetration through a floor slab.

How can I create a floor within the specialty equipment family category so that I can place the collar on the underside of the slab and void a penetration please?

Start with a floor based generic model floor based and change the category to Speciality Equipment.
