If this is for an upcoming project in my area and it would get me on the bid list, and if you had more detailed information such as connection details, installation conditions, material and finish specifications, etc., then I would be happy to have my Fabrication and Erection estimators put together a bid. But if that is not the case then please understand that I have costs of estimating that are not insignificant and cannot do it just as a favor for some stranger on the internet.
I will say that, just as a budget figure only, you could probably get something like that purchased, fabricated and installed for something in the neighborhood of $3.50 or $4.00 per pound of steel, give or take. At least in the North Central Texas area. That doesn't include any engineering services that may be required, any foundation work, any painting or other special finishing beyond a typical red shop prime coat, permits/fees, taxes, etc.
But that's off the top of my head and is not intended to constitute any kind of commitment or guarantee.
