Correct DPI scaling when switching between 4k and FHD monitors

When switching the Autocad / revit session from a 4k monitor to the second FHD monitor, the content become blurry.

When you restart the system, it's good. But switching the program back to the 4k monitor, it's again blurry on that monitor.

Please a fix that Autocad / Revit can use the correct DPI scaling, depends on the monitor.
